Parsley and Peppercorn Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 large red potatoes
  • 1 ½ t salt
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • ½ t cracked black peppercorn pepper
  • ½ c fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 t minced garlic
