Parsley Butter

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Place the butter in a small bowl. Add the parsley and salt and mash with a wooden spoon until combined. Chill the butter until needed, but let it come to room temperature before spreading.
