Parsley-Garlic Sauce for Grilled or Roasted Meat


  • 1/3 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 2 cup(s) parsley, packed tight
  • 6 clove(s) garlic, or more if you wish
  • 2 tablespoon(s) water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2/3 cup(s) olive oil

In a food processor (or by hand), chop the parsley very fine. Add the other ingredients and pulse to form a thick sauce. Spread some of the sauce on meat before grilling or roasting. Serve the rest with the cooked meat so that each diner may add the amount wanted.
