Parsnip, Pear and Wild Rice Medley

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar, packed
  • 2 pears, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 ½ cup(s) wild rice, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • ¼ cup(s) low-fat milk
    • parsnips, peeled, cubed and cooked
    • ½ cup(s) corn flakes or crispix cereal, crushed
    • ¼ teaspoon(s) nutmeg - freshly ground
