Parsnip, Pear and Wild Rice Medley
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar, packed
- 2 pears, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 ½ cup(s) wild rice, cooked
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine

- parsnips, peeled, cubed and cooked
- ½ cup(s) corn flakes or crispix cereal, crushed
- ¼ teaspoon(s) nutmeg - freshly ground
