  • ¾ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups parsnips
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
