Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon verbena or lemon balm
  • 12 ounces blackberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup heavy cream

    • 1 cup passion-fruit purée
    • 1 ¼ cups water
