Ingredients

• ¹/₃ cup soy flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• ½ cup spelt flour
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup water, or as needed

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the soy flour, whole wheat flour, spelt flour, and salt. Add water, and mix by hand or in a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment.
