Pasta Frittata with Broccoli Rabe and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ pound dried linguine
- ½ pound broccoli rabe
- 6 large eggs
