Pasta Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon(s) dried basil or 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil
• ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 clove(s) garlic, minced or finely chopped
• ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
• ½ cup(s) olive oil
• ¼ cup(s) red wine vinegar or champagne vinegar
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
• + 4 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) oregano, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) dried thyme leaves

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Chill, if not using immediately. Serve over pasta salad. Tip: An immersion blender combines ingredients thoroughly.
