Pasta with Broccoli, Crispy Prosciutto, and Toasted Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
- Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, for serving
- 2/3 cup panko
- 2 medium shallots, minced
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, small dice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound dried short pasta, such as penne or rotini
