Pasta with Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper
  • 1 pound(s) rotelle pasta
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 8 ounce(s) baby bella mushroom - sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup(s) parmesan cheese - grated

    • 1 butternut squash - small
    • 1 bunch(s) spinach - fresh, stemmed and rough chopped
    • 2 clove(s) garlic - chopped
