Pasta with Cauliflower in Spicy Cream Sauce


  • 1 cauliflower head, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 pound(s) penne pasta or other small pasta
  • 1 cup(s) Asiago cheese or parmesan cheese - grated
  • ½ cup(s) fontina cheese - cubed or shredded
  • 1 ½ cup(s) whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) ricotta cheese

    • 28 ounce(s) can crushed Italian tomatoes
