  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 (5 oz.) packages soft herbed cheese, such as Alouette or Boursin
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ pound boiled ham, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound whole-wheat spiral pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside 1 cup pasta cooking water and drain pasta.
