Pasta with Mushrooms and Leeks

Ingredients

• freshly ground pepper, to taste
• ½ teaspoon(s) salt, plus extra for the spaghetti water
• 4 ounce(s) spaghetti or other pasta
• parsley, for garnish (optional)
• ¼ cup(s) Half and Half or cream
• ½ cup(s) dry white wine or water
• 1 tablespoon(s) butter

  • 1 box fresh mushrooms (4 - 8 oz) or use canned
  • 1 large leek
  • ¼ cup(s) grated cheese
  • 1 very small pinch nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 eggs
