Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground lamb or
  • ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp (2.5 mL) oregano

    • 2 cups (500 mL) tomato sauce
    • 7 oz (200 g) sliced Sharp Canadian Provolone cheese
    • 2 cups (500 mL) béchamel sauce
    • 7 oz (200 g) sliced Mild Canadian Provolone cheese
