Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup water
- 1 large pastry bag fitted with a 1/2-inch plain tip
- 2 ½ ounces caviar (preferably sevruga or osetra)
- 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley
