Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 large pastry bag fitted with a 1/2-inch plain tip
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 ½ ounces caviar (preferably sevruga or osetra)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs (raw)

    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
