Patatas Bravas
Ingredients
- Parsley sprigs (optional)
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter

- 4 cups (1-inch) cubed peeled baking potato (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- Potatoes:
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Sauce:
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
