Pea & Edamame Soup with Grilled Cheese Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 4 slice emmentaler
  • 8 slice sandwich bread
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 sprig fresh thyme
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups thawed frozen shelled edamame
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 10 ounce package thawed frozen baby peas
    • salt and pepper
    • 4 tablespoons butter
    • 1 small onion
