Pea & Edamame Soup with Grilled Cheese Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 4 slice emmentaler
- 8 slice sandwich bread
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 sprig fresh thyme
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 ½ cups thawed frozen shelled edamame
- + 4 more ingredients

- 1 10 ounce package thawed frozen baby peas
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion
