Pea and Parmesan Crostini
- 1 c frozen peas
- 3 T freshly grated Pecorino-Romano cheese
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 basil leaf, chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 6 1/2-inch thick slices of baguette
