Pea & Walnut Hummus

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 8 rye crispbread crackers
  • 4 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

1. Combine peas, walnuts, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. 2. Serve on crackers.
