Peach and Ginger Glazed Riblets
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon halved and sliced red jalapeño chile
- ½ cup peach preserves
- 1 ½ teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 2 ½ pounds baby back ribs, cut into riblets*
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons minced fresh ginger, divided

- ½ cup chopped peeled peaches
