Peach and Strawberry Sorbet


  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice

1. Place the peaches, strawberries, orange juice, and brown sugar in a food processor. Puree until smooth. 2. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions until firm.
