Peach Chutney
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) fresh or frozen sliced peaches
- ¼ cup(s) brown sugar, packed
- ½ teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) freshly ground ginger root
- 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
- ¼ cup(s) onion, diced
- ¼ cup(s) dried cranberries
- + 5 more ingredients

- ¼ cup(s) golden raisins
- ¼ cup(s) dark raisins
- 1/3 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a heavy 2 quart sauce pan. Bring to a full boil, then turn down heat and simmer for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Cool completely. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Makes about 1 1/2 to 2 cups.
