  • 3 pounds peaches
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 7 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Ice cream, for serving optional

    • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
