Peach Plum Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Pastry for double-crust pie (9 inches)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ to 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- ¼ cup quick-cooking tapioca
- 1-½ cups sugar
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract

- 2 cups sliced peeled fresh purple plums
- 2 cups chopped peeled fresh peaches or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed and drained
