Peach Plum Pie


  • ¼ teaspoon(s) almonds
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • ¼ cup(s) tapioca
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 2 cup(s) plums, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cup(s) fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

In large bowl combine peaches, plums, and lemon juice. In separate bowl combine sugar, tapioca, and lemon rind. Add to fruit, then pour into a 9-inch pie pastry. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° for 35-45 minutes.
