Peach Preserve Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup(s) Oil
  • 1 cup(s) buttermilk
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) soda
    • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
    • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
    • 1 cup(s) peach preserves
    • ¾ cup(s) pecans

Place oil in mixer. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk and vanilla. Beat well. Fold in pecans and preserves. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 300 for 2 hours.
