  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, divided
  • 2 (16-oz.) packages frozen sliced rhubarb, thawed
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 (20-oz.) bag frozen peaches, thawed
  • 1/3 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1/3 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
