Peach Salad

Ingredients
- 4 each(s) large peaches, diced
- ½ cup(s) diced red onion
- ½ cup(s) diced roasted red pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh minced basil
- 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
- ¼ teaspoon(s) fresh cracked black pepper
- + 1 more ingredients

- 1 each(s) minced serano chili (optional)
Combine peaches, onion, red pepper, basil, salt and pepper (and optional chili) into a large bowl. Drizzle grapefruit juice and olive oil over the top and stir to combine. Allow 20-30 minutes in refrigerator for flavors to combine. Enjoy!
