Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

    • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
    • Whipped cream
    • 3 pounds peaches
    • 4 cup unsalted butter
    • ¾ cup sugar

Blend first 5 ingredients in processor. Using on/off turns, cut in butter until coarse meal forms.
