  • 1 almond biscotti or 2 amaretti cookies, crushed in a food processor or by hand
  • 1 recipe Marinated Peaches
  • 1 recipe Honey Whipped Cream

Use a large spoon or a pastry bag fitted with a large open tip to fill each goblet or glass about a quarter full with the honey whipped cream.
