Peaches in Caramel Over Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • ½ pint vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 large ripe peaches

1. Have ready a bowl of ice and cold water. Cut an X in blossom end of peaches.
