Peameal Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with Maple Caramelized Onions and a Fried Egg


  • 2 tablespoons maple caramelized onions
  • 2 slices bread, lightly toasted
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices peameal bacon or Canadian bacon or strips of bacon

1. Fry the peameal bacon until cooked and set aside. 2. Fry the egg in the pan. 3. Mix the mustard and maple syrup. 4. Assemble sandwich and enjoy.
