Peanut and Tomato Stew


  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 1/3 cup crushed peanuts
  • 4 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups water
    • onion salt to taste
    • garlic salt to taste
    • ground cayenne pepper to taste

1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute white and red onion, garlic, bell pepper and peanuts for 2 to 3 minutes.
