Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) water
• 3 cup(s) sugar
• 1 cup(s) heavy corn syrup
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 pound(s) raw peanuts
• 2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
• 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda

• • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

In a heavy kettle, combine sugar, syrup, water, and salt. Cook to 250° on candy thermometer, stirring occasionally. Add raw peanuts and butter, stirring constantly to 300°.
