Peanut Brittle 42


  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • ½ pound(s) raw peanuts
  • 1 cup(s) white syrup

Place these ingredients in pan and cook, stirring once in a while until it turns light brown. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. of baking soda and 1 T. butter. Pour at once on buttered cookie sheet. Break into pieces when cooled.
