Peanut Brittle 47

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) raw peanuts, shelled
• 1 ½ cup(s) sugar
• ¼ cup(s) margarine
• ½ cup(s) Karo syrup
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda (rounded)
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Mix all ingredients together, except soda, in a heavy pot. Let come to a boil. Cook 7 minutes, or less if color changes. Add tsp. soda, stir and pour very thinly on aluminum foil. Let cool and break into pieces.
