  • 12 ounce(s) Spanish peanuts
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • ½ cup(s) light corn syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) butter
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

In microwave safe bowl stir peanuts, sugar, syrup, and salt. Cook 8 minutes on medium high. Stir and put in microwave for 4 minutes on medium high. Stir in butter and vanilla and put in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add baking soda and quickly stir until light and foamy. Pour into greased pan....
