Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Nonstick vegetable oil spray
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- ½ cup sugar
