Peanut Butter, Banana and Granola Wraps


  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 4 8- or 9-inch whole-wheat wraps
  • ½ cup granola
  • 4 large dried apricots, chopped

1. Peel bananas, cut into small cubes and toss with lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread 2 Tbsp. peanut butter on each wrap, forming a 5- to 6-inch circle.
