Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Valrhona or Dutch-process)
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • Bitter Caramel Ice Cream
  • 3 bananas
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 12 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate

    • 30 tablespoons all purpose flour
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 2 large eggs
    • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • ¼ cup dark rum
    • ½ cup dark brown sugar
    • ¾ cup whipping cream
    • Powdered sugar
    • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
    • peanut brittle
    • Canola oil
    • 1 ¼ cups club soda
    • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter

Bring cream, sugar, and corn syrup to simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Transfer mixture to medium bowl.
