Peanut Butter Cheese Torte Recipe

  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
  • 1-½ cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sugar
