Peanut Butter Cookie Mousse Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 12 ounce bag Hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 ½ cups sifted powdered sugar
• 1 ½ cups peanut butter
• 1 ½ cups cream cheese
• 1 Box Peanut Butter Sandwich Girl Scout cookies
