  • 1 ½ cups chunky peanut butter (not "all natural")
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 11-oz. package butterscotch morsels
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. 2. Beat butter and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add sugar, beating to blend. Beat in egg and vanilla.
