Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

    • ½ cup light brown sugar
    • 1 muffin tin with 12 (1/2-cup) muffin cups and paper liners
    • 1/3 cup chopped peanuts
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla
