Peanut Butter Date Cookies

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) brown sugar
• ½ cup(s) butter
• ½ cup(s) chunky peanut butter
• 3 Eggs
• ½ cup(s) water
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 1 ½ cup(s) flour
• + 5 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ½ teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 3 cup(s) rolled oats
  • 1 cup(s) Dates, chopped
  • ½ cup(s) white sugar

Cream butter, sugars and peanut butter. Add eggs, water and vanilla; beat until creamy. Sift together flour, salt and soda and add to creamed mixture and blend well. Mix in oats and dates. Drop from teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° 10-12 minutes.
