Peanut Butter Delight Cake

Ingredients

  • Crisco® Flour No-Stick Spray
  • ¾ cup Crisco® Butter Shortening or Crisco® Butter Shortening Sticks
  • ¾ cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • ¾ cup chocolate syrup
    • GLAZE:
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Water, as needed
    • 3 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts
    • CAKE:
    • 2 ¾ cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
