Peanut Butter Ice Cream Squares


  • ¾ cup(s) light corn syrup
  • ½ cup(s) crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ gallon(s) ice cream, softened
  • 2 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup(s) margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 ½ cup(s) peanuts, chopped, divided

Mix together first 3 ingredients and press in 9x13 pan. Place in freezer for about 10 minutes. Mix 3/4 cup peanuts, corn syrup and peanut butter, and set aside.
