Peanut Butter Muffins

Ingredients

• ¹/₃ cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons baking powder
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
