Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 cup(s) quick oats
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
• 2 cup(s) white sugar
• ¼ cup(s) cocoa
• ½ cup(s) peanut butter
• ½ cup(s) Milk
• 1 stick(s) margarine

Melt margarine in medium saucepan. Add sugar, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil while stirring the mixture. Boil for ONLY 30 to 45 seconds. Add peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until melted. Add oatmeal and stir until well coated. Spoon by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and let cookies cool. Enjoy!
